Our Vision at CrossFit Ambition

I truly want to help individuals meet their goals.  I have aspirations and goals just like you and I want to reach them.  I chose CrossFit because I sought after a fitness program that would give me the most results where I didn’t have to invest a ton of time working out.

If you want to lose weight, get stronger and actually be fit, our program will make that happen for you. Everything about CrossFit is challenging, no matter what your fitness level is.  CrossFit has added value to my life and I want it to do the same for you.

What We Do at Crossfit Ambition

Train for world-class fitness.  Whether you are a high school athlete trying to improve his/her game, a parent that wants to be able to do activities around your house or with you kids, a Olympic athlete, or grandparent wanting to keep their independence, CrossFit will help you. 

We are not your typically gym that you may be used to going to.  Each day there is a new work out posted on the board that EVERYONE will do.   We prepare the individual for General Physical Preparedness (GPP).  We focus on the 10 general physical skills, which are:

  • Cardio Respiratory Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Accuracy
  • Agility & Balance 


We train for the unknown, which best represents life, you never know what you may encounter.  We don’t train for a specific sport and we often punish the specialist. 

We make well-rounded individuals by running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, pressing, squatting, carrying, throwing and catching.  We use body weight, medicine balls, free weights, plyo boxes, jump ropes, kettlebells, pull up bars and olympic lifting.  We use the entire body in a way that it would be utilized in real life.  There are no fancy machines, mirrors or televisions.  We develop successful diets.  CrossFit is life changing and you will do things you never thought you could do.   Our methods elicit teamwork, camaraderie, motivation & family.  We create athletes that are fitter, healthier & happier people overall. 

What You Achieve

Training like an athlete…. because each and every one of us is an athlete.  We don’t train to be average….we train to be the best we can. 

When you come in you will train as a group.  The warmups and workouts are all set for you, all you have to do is get in here.  We will do the warm-up together, go through the day’s movements together and then perform the day’s workout together.  You will always be trained under strict supervision for your own safety and to achieve the most efficient results.
